Reduce Injuries

Repetitive heavy lifting is a significant risk for employees and employers. Robots are available in many sizes that will accommodate almost any weight, shape, or size of product avoiding the over-reach, straining, and awkward lifting that would be required of humans.

Custom Pallet Loading Patterns

Conventional palletizers create a specific pattern when loading, but robots have the ability to create user friendly loads with greater flexibility. Because of their precision and repeatability, robotic palletizers are perfect for complex applications such as nesting products on top of each other.

Dual Simultaneous Palletizing

Two pallet systems allow near continuous operations that allow the loading of one pallet without having to immediately remove the completed pallet. Using laser safety fencing we can automatically stop the robot when the forklift (or a person) enters the workcell and then restart the process once the workcell is safe for operation.

Depalletizing (Depal)

Robots are very helpful for depalletizing and placing items onto a conveyor belt and for picking items out of a pack of larger products.
